"RBS to cut a further 1,400 jobs"

"Most of the job losses are expected to be at RBS's offices in Edinburgh. RBS said no customer-facing staff would be affected"

You might have read a few people reporting that Edinburgh prices have now crashed 30% ( at the bottom end I think ).....this out to help that along nicely.

Well done Edinburgh, leading the way down ( it wasn't different there after all....it must just be london that is different!!!:lol: )

And we're told retail banking is where it's at.

At this rate some people might be able to afford family homes within the city. A friend plus partner and child live in a flat in Edinburgh. They'd like a house, which means moving outside the bypass if they don't wish to live in a crap area. Graduate, decent job. Not a sensible situation.
