bumpy
I have been sent details of a ground floor flat in a complex of 8 apartments. It is being advertised at £275,000. Another of equal size and condition has being advertised at £247,000 for the last 8 months and not sold. I have sent the following e mail to the EA Thanks for sending me the details of the property. I am not local so only visit those that are good value. Could you please explain why it is being advertised at £28,000 more than one in the same complex, as they were sold for the same price when new just 10 years ago. Does it have a room in the roof or something of similar value Edited May 19, 2012 by bumpy

KingBingo
When I asked a EA a very similar question about a property he was actually refreshing frank... "becuase every once in a while you get some mug come along and actually pay it"..... which is fair enough. They can always drop the price later if they need to. 200p
The EA email is one step up from spam, almost. Edited May 20, 2012 by MrTReturns
