Take me to the cleaners
I'm certain this is the case up and down the country but this is just plain madness. Three flats in the same block. Same pictures. Same agent. Different prices - it makes no sense - why is the two bed cheaper than the one bed? http://212.50.188.108/cgi-win/vebra.cgi?de...7/CONCO/37837/7 http://212.50.188.105/cgi-win/vebra.cgi?de...7/CONCO/38450/7 http://212.50.188.107/cgi-win/vebra.cgi?de...7/CONCO/37088/7 If this doesn't spell imminent disaster - I'm sure I don't know what does. Onec these flats go - the infection will be like avian flu - is will spread out from the epi-centre and consume the city. Take me to the cleaners
Have you <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes. Originally they were all the same link - simple mistake to make when you are dealing with CLONES. One day council tenants will cherish these places. munro
I see they've also slipped in another £900 a year in service charges and ground rent, which will no doubt go up as and when. Talk about value for money...
BandWagon
Have a look at the sq ft price 1) £129950, 2 bed, £231/sq ft 2) £130000, 1 bed, £209/sq ft 3) £131950, 1 bed, £234/sq ft Number 3 would be your "luxury" apartment. Notice you get stairs, laminate flooring in the entrance hall AND lounge, double glazed windows and a balcony. Wow, bet you didn't know that such unadulterated "luxury" could be yours for so little. Guest Bart of Darkness
These flats remind me of the sort of chalets I used to stay in as a kid on holidays to Butlins. In 10 years time they may start to resemble the kind of multi-story council blocks built in the 50s and 60s, some of which still survive in Sheffield. As a council tenant I wouldn't want to be housed somewhere like that, so why on earth would I want to spend large amounts of my own money to live there? This excellent development will provide retro style living within the city of Leeds. The prices, alas, are all too modern!

HomeAlone
Puts me in mind of a Eastern European tower block. Painting the railings a rainbow of colours does little to increase the appeal.

Painting the railings a rainbow of colours does little to increase the appeal. This approach doesn't seem to have worked in Eastern Europe either. Interesting comparison between UK "villages in the sky" (2nd image) and Soviet style concrete eyesores.
