  1. The chavs will start to see these as status symbols rather like tagging. I expect to see fake ones up in middle class areas so the inhabitants can pretend to be “sticking it to the man”.
  2. I had forgotten about that little gem, thanks. It really is nice to know others out there feel the same. Gordon’s days are truly numbered.
  3. Please excuse the 1970’s expression but … Rock On !
  4. There’s nothing wrong with a bit of Willy ! Oh err….William Hauge that is !
  5. Gordon is most definitely to blame. I hate the F##### so much. The damage he has caused to this country is beyond incompetence and is almost certainly intentional. It is either a scorched earth policy to make things harder for when the conservatives replace him (spiteful little git he is) or there is some deep hatred of the English that he has managed to conceal until now. Why the rest of the Labour party don’t kick him I have no idea, but it only goes to show why they have no business running this country. I hope to never again see a Labour government in this country, ever ! Put him in prison !!!
  6. The Masked Tulip that is a very good idea, I think there will be many people wishing to indicate their displeasure at the people who have caused this mess. I have compiled a small list of the guilty myself but I am sure there are others who will be able to prepare a more comprehensive one. Please make certain Gordon Broon is the top of your list.
  7. Low interest rates have got us into this mess, lowering them now will just make things worse later. I have been wondering if a “rogue” country might just suddenly wack their rates up and give 100% guarantee on all saving thus grabbing money from around Europe. Obviously as soon as one country does this the others will follow very quickly so we could see a interest rate war ! Great news for savers ! Now we need to ask ourselves is Gordo a leader or a follower, judging by his recent record he has been bumped and pushed into making decisions rather than proactively coming up with something. So, I doubt the UK will be the first to break for it, so who would ?
  8. I believe there will many more incidents like this and perhaps even more severe. Serves ‘em right.
  9. Yes but this time it’s the other teams go, the workers and tax payers of this country get to stick the boot in. We have waited a long time. It is common knowledge, Labour cannot manage an economy properly, rewarding irresponsibility in most aspects of life only drags everyone down.
  10. I hate him also and place most of the blame on him. He has caused so much misery and damage to this country it will take many years to recover from it. What an odious selfish corpulent git he is. In other news today. Gordon Broon has also announced he plans to prevent the loss of all animals as a consequence of a great flood and suggests an old man should make a boat and fill it with animals 2 by 2.
  11. Yes certainly ! I now deputise you as "witch finder general" and you first task should you choose to accept it is to find Gordon and dunk him in holy water ! Mandy will however require a stake and some silver bullets !
  12. Good God most definitely yes ! I have a small list of the guilty I compiled myself. I would also like to see an investigation into mortgage fraud. Very thorough, deep and intimate ! Once the sheeple’s disbelief has turned to anger there will be a witch hunt. As for Vince I don’t think so. Vince is a man that see’s a fire and rushes to put it out with a can of petrol, sadly I believe senility has crept in.
  13. Just remembered something else, with the BT connection in the country I mentioned I got much better speeds with the standard BT router than with an after market one. It should have been better it was a top of the range Netgear. Have you changed your router ?
  14. Ahhh ! I know someone in exactly the same situation as you. BT broadband out in a small village, varying speed and sometimes they just can’t connect. If you are too far away from the substation you get the symptoms you describe. Is there cable in your village ?
  15. Well you seem to know what you are doing, I am sure you will fix it. One last thing going by the varying speed changes you have there I wonder what your contention ratio is. They are usually 50:1 but if you are in a built up area I think some ISP’s conveniently ignore it, as Brown does with inflation !
  16. If not now, they soon will be ! Many will be looking for revenge.
  17. Hey that Switzerland thing looks good. I might have a look at that myself. When you say <insert agricultural language here> connection is this in general or just P2P stuff ? ISP’s are seriously profiling now, they are all at it. Well to be fair I did once read that about 80% of traffic across the entire internet is file sharing !! Have you checked your router settings ? Packet size etc ? Firmware upgrade ? Also dodgy wires, connections etc. If page loading is slow one thing that I noticed that made a difference especially if you have been logged in for a while is the DNS. Strange I know but try using this DNS in your router settings not your computer. NS 1 208.67.222.222 NS 2 208.67.220.220 I once got a friends near impossible to use ISP absolutely flying when I changed to that DNS.
  18. Today I had 2 tenners to invest. Tenner A and tenner B. I cut tenner A in half and appended it to tenner B. I am pleased to report that one of my investments has grown by 50%, however I was less fortunate with the other.
