  1. On a brighter note Ocado shares may enable more fools to be parted with money that could have been used to bid up house prices.
  2. A couple of smokers, half a dozen terriers and a few boot clad men with sticks should do the trick.
  3. A couple from Burnley around £20k a piece. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-16138206.html http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-26469946.html Worth sub £5k each in my opinion.

  6. 8/9 years ago £37k would have bought you a 2/3 bed terrace in an ok area. Now it won't buy you half a dump in a $hithole round ere.
  7. Being single, having no kids and part way through a part time uni course relevant to my employment the longer the crash is drawn out the better. 2015/2016 will suit me just fine.
  8. From my bit of the construction coalface things remain as grim as when Northern Wreck, Bratfraud & Bingley, Bear Stearns & Lehman went pop. All the talk in 09 of reecevereh seemingly passed the construction industry by. http://www.building.co.uk/news/pidgley-market-stable-but-no-dividend-yet/5001982.article
  9. I LOLed quite a bit at Homes from Hell last night. But I am quite a nasty, jealous, bitter and spiteful person you see.
  10. I wonder what the 2011 / 2012 figures will be IF penfold @ BoE turns off the SLS and doesn't replace it with something identical, but given a different name.
  11. £1.6 million for a terraced house!!!
  12. Perhaps they are being used as pot farms?
  13. I want to kill Ed Balls. I must plot a way to bump the pillock off.
  14. He could kill, skin and eat the cat perhaps? I do have a gypsy recipe for cat somewhere.
  15. Pensions schmensions a few years ago I accepted I will be in the work til you drop category if I stay in the UK.
  16. I am joining the Mr Parry club of static caravan, motorbike and pushbike. I give up.
  17. CGT up to 28% for higher rate taxpayers, lower rates remain on 18%.
