E Powell
http://www.serioustopics.com/forumviewthre...id=1&threadid=1 Patrick McGoohan 21 Mar '06 18:28 : 0 recs : edited 2 times : last edit 21 Mar '06 18:37 The website housepricecrash.co.uk belongs to a Greg Sutton who is 30 years of age and works as a fund manager for an international bank called BIS (Bank of International Settlements) in London. Sutton freely admits that the reason he set up the website more than three years ago was because he cannot get on the housing ladder. He and his wife, who live in Ealing, have been waiting in vain for years for prices to fall so that they can buy their own house in the west London suburb. In an article for Property Investor News he is reported to have said ”I set it up because I am a frustrated first-time buyer, I have a job earning a reasonable amount of money and can’t buy a house at these prices”. The website's spokesman is a lawyer by the name of Reinhard Schu and is 37 years of age. He sold his home two years ago because he was certain that there would be a property crash. Another person closely associated with the website is a person called Gavin Greenway who also sold his home and moved into rented accommodation. The close association of the STRs with that website and given that many of the contributors on the forum at that website are STRs means that the forum at that website have a vested interest in seeing a property crash. Instead of visiting housepricecrash.co.uk if people really want to know what is at stake as far as the housing issue is concerned then the best website to visit is the following: The house price boom continues http://homepages.tesco.net/bruno.powroznik/
