Excellent, hope it goes well for you! The key at the moment is whatever flannel comes out of those surveys prices are down a bit so as long as all the buyers and sellers in the chain are on board with that a mutually agreeable outcome will be reached. It's not a crash with prices 20%+ down, but nor is it a plateau of exactly 0%. If you can agree 5-10% off the peak 2022 price you're in the range.
