TheCountOfNowhere Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 (edited) you'd think a program about making cakes and the housing market had no link whatsoever, well, not when the BBC ramperrs get involved. at the end they have a bit, what are they doing now.. . well, just the two of them had moved houses. one of them fitting a new kitchen apparently, the winner of course had moved house, well that's what winners do, buy houses. maybe I'm just paranoid. or just maybe, the ##### are doing it deliberately. worse than that these was the BBC betting scandal, will be interesting to see what happens about that. strangely, the favourite won. so there you go, the BBC can somehow get housing into a show about cakes. and yes, I did watch the bake off. it was pretty s### and amateurish, IMHO. nice enjoyable TV though, till the ramping started Edited October 7, 2015 by TheCountOfNowhere Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TheCountOfNowhere Posted October 7, 2015 Author Share Posted October 7, 2015 to be fair the contestants, in the main, are, well, lovely. the lady that won it this year came across really well and has probably done more for relations between her ethnic group/religion in a few weeks than any politician could do in a lifetime. she confirms what I suspect to be true, most people are decent likable people. it's the power mad nutters who are the problem. sadly, somehow, they've put themselves in charge!!! she made a nice cake too.
