Site Freezing

Every few minutes, the site (for the want of a better word) freezes.

I can scroll up and down, but my cursor remains as an arrow (rather than changing to a hand or I-beam or what have you), and the site won't respond to anything.

A little while after this, Chrome pops up saying that this page has stopped working and do I want to close it or wait a bit longer.

Just me?
