bajista
Didn't bother going despite wind up potential - it is p*ssing down here. Liar - it is gloriously sunny for once - you're on the beach aren't you?
The Masked Tulip
Liar - it is gloriously sunny for once - you're on the beach aren't you? No, are trying to dry out my bedroom after last week's plumbing accident. Edited July 14, 2012 by The Masked Tulip
concerned_money
I hate to disagree, but the house has a nice finish: materials / build cost = 230K land cost (should be) circa 45K cost if new build = 275K don't forget zero rate vat on new builds red brick is a cheap material compared to stone! red brick is much easier to build with as it's uniform ie less time, less money. prefab /manufactured roof, with a good plan you can reduce costs by 20K with very little external alteration does have a nice finish though so I'll meet you in the middle at 210K. Hold Fast
And for the same price for some one with that kind of money, who actually has sense, tough choice between the two, http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37932458.html Bit more like it, not half as ugly as the first one. Added bonus of being in need of redecoration so you aren't paying a premium for someone else's taste in wallpaper. Interesting conservatory though. Looks like they replaced the old sash windows in the house and thought hmmm what can we do with those? Oh I know:
