bobdabuilder
http://www.thisislincolnshire.co.uk/displa...tentPK=13376558 PRICE-DROP HOME STILL FOR SALE Be interesting to see what it sells for - the market will decide, although timing is everything for the seller, with some buyers unable to commit to this style of buying without selling first. With any luck it will drop and drop! What do you reckon it is genuinely worth?

Boom'n'Bust
Click the link and read below the story...the readers have left the following messages:- Your Views I echo the voice of the first view - the house is way too expensive and needs to come down to a level where the average buyer can afford it. Good Luck to the vendor! You'll need it! Shaun Peter, Lancaster It is still far too expensive. half the price and then you come to an affordablr figure. The old supply and demand thing. Neil D Possitt
HPC solves another mystery. It would seem that Mrs Optimistic might asking twice what the property is worth! Ah but the question is, was it "fully-refurbished" before it was sold on 20th Feb 02, or after? A bit of laminate flooring and a new kitchen could easily more than double the value, couldn't it? George
See this is the problem we have now. People are being asked to take on more debt to pay for somone elses greed/luck/w/e other ******** you want to bring into it. Why should someone else have to pay over twice as much for the same brick and mortar?? Is it that they will double again in 3 years so someone else will effectively have to find 4 times as much as was paid in 02? Where does it stop? You're being told to pay of someones greed, with nothing in it for you, does this sound like a good idea? The demand for that would be very low, coupled with a price equilibrium point that is way out of touch = no buyer.

TB Said my piece - prolly wont get posted as its VERY VERY Critical - basically said that they are not interested in selling - they are in the bulding trade and trying to make a killing. The know the markets gone tits up and they are just GREEDY!
