Susanne, 32, from Arizona, USA, hopes to pass the half way milestone of 57 stones by the end of the year. I think this person needs some help. I'm not sure how anyone could find rolls of fat attractive, plus I'm guessing with the folds of skin she's going to get the smell won't be attractive either. What is wrong with people? It's just a total destruction of her body as well as her looks...she'll end up in hospital in about two months if she continues...
