Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/south_west/8622373.stm A notice on the entrance now reads: "The Penthouse Restaurant and Cafe Bar has been legally reoccupied by the developers, Ferrara Quay Ltd. "The property will be re marketed over the coming weeks. "Any unauthorised access will be treated as an act of trespass and dealt with as a police matter." The Masked Tulip
Great advert for Wales - tallest tower in Wales with bankrupt restaurant on top! Edit: This has the longest running thread on the Wales sub-forum: http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=131859&st=0 Edited April 15, 2010 by The Masked Tulip
Laura
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/south_west/8622373.stm A notice on the entrance now reads: "The Penthouse Restaurant and Cafe Bar has been legally reoccupied by the developers, Ferrara Quay Ltd. I'm guessing it closed down because nobody went there when it was open? So why would they go when its closed?
Snugglybear
I'm guessing it closed down because nobody went there when it was open? So why would they go when its closed? Well, there may be some furniture, fittings and equipment still in there. Read the whole sorry saga over on the Wales sub-forum and you may see why the above fact might be relevant. The thread is called Restaurant on top of Stupid Tower, or similar.

Bloo Loo
I'm guessing it closed down because nobody went there when it was open? So why would they go when its closed? trespass is not a police matter. maybe ghosthunters would go.
The Masked Tulip
I don't mean to be rude Gruffyd - but that is not the best business idea I've heard of. A restaurant overlooking Swansea. Don't knock it - the views of the Corus steelworks are second to none - none being preferable!
