Randall Herbert
I've been away a while and expect to be away for good soon, as Crash '04 continues to unfold and really starts to bite, not only in the media, but more importantly in the minds of the no longer buying awakening public around the country. The daily increase in depth of trouble in the housing market seems to be directly proportional to the quantity of corrupt, fanciful, flawed and increasingly desperate posts from the likes of TTTR and BBB!!!! Our work is almost complete..... Smell the glove......

Bullish Bear
I agree - if this is the start of the crash, then it will last for at least 6 years, possibly longer depending on the state of the overall economy.

They are still bouncing around here. Just curious, but where are you off to ? Are you fed up with the UK ? Incidentally, just had a phone call from a friend who has pulled out of buying a two bed flat in Docklands. The original asking price was £340k they got it down to 280K. They are good friends and I do not have any reason to doubt them. Good luck and thanks for your hard work which will surface again.
Big_Bad_Bear
The window's dirty The matress stinks This ain't no place to be a man Ain't got no future Ain't got no past And I don't think I ever can. The floor is filthy The walls are thin The wind in howling in my face The rats are peeling I'm loosing ground Can't seem to join the human race. Chorus: I'm living in a hell hole Don't want to stay in this hell hole Don't want to die in this hell hole Girl, get me out of this hell hole. I rode the jetstream I hit the top I'm eating steak and lobster tails The sauna's drafty The pool's too hot The kitchen stinks of boiling snails. The taxman's coming The butler quit I'm going back to where I started I'm flashing back into my pan. Chorus: It's better in a hell hole You know where you stand in a hell hole Folks lend a hand in a hell hole Girl, get me back to my hell hole
