  1. Anyone else think the new PropertyPal UI is awful? Not to mention the lack of listings following the boycott from the big estate agents. They're really trying their best to let PropertyNews takeover
  2. Inventory has really been drying up recently. Only 6,400 properties are listed in NI and 937 in Belfast. Around 10% down from September/October.
  3. Feels like BoE is going to go with no raise despite one being needed
  4. Just 997 houses for sale in Belfast today. Asking prices averaging around £235k.
  5. Surprising to see the number of listings in Belfast are still low at 1,068 today (6,580 across NI), with an average asking price of ~£228k, which hasn't really changed over the last few months
  6. I hadn't noticed that. It is interesting although not surprising. Currently I am only scraping the prices on every page and averaging it on a daily basis. In future I would like to store all of the property addresses and their prices over time to allow for a deeper analysis
  7. Seeing a 2.7% reduction in list prices across Belfast from this day last month.
  8. 1,263 properties listed in Belfast today with an average asking price of £235,881
  9. 1250 in Belfast and 6991 across NI today
  10. Better be 1% but won't be surprised when it's 0.25%
  11. Just about 1200 for sale in Belfast today with 6700 across NI. Still a long way from late 2000 figures but expecting numbers to start going up even quicker as interest rates continue to rise.
