I think you're a fibber. I'm not starting an argument. I find it odd how people claim to be saving money while pi$$ing it down the drain. it's an old chestnut on HPC how much money they are saving paying a landlords mortgage. 1. firstly no one knows how far property prices will fall. which kinda hinges the whole argument on whether or not you are saving money by renting ! 2. sentiment is STRONG with the rental market. imo this fact will prop-up house prices. there are more forced landlords than forced sellers. 3. At what point will you buy back into the market, do you have a strategy based on numbers or a hope based on faith.
