  3. Love how asking prices are referred to as being discounted - as though the underlying value doesn't fall it's going to be interesting watching the market being chased down.

  7. This is going to be spectacular, looking at Birmingham, supposedly lots of HPI going on.   8. The irony is that if Cameron and Osborne hadn't headed the remain campaign, remain would have probably won. Much of the leave vote was people who wanted to give Cameron and austerity a good kicking
