FT- Excess Liquidity to dry up

Oh dear. Looks as if the mortgage lending market is about to take a pretty big hit. If liquidity dries up, it looks as if mortgage lending criteria will only go one way. It aint going to help FTBs in the short term, but who cares?

Without easy money, this chirade will soon com down like a pack of cards. As I said in Feb, the crash started Q1 2007 ;)

Stop squabbling.

All the predictions made on here cannot be right.

Just so long as some of them do.

Then everything will turn out perficK.

Wait a second, fairs fair, PG did indeed call Q1 2007. I remember his technical analysis “proving” it. And if I remember correctly he was widely poo poo’d
