Just to confirm their fears. true, they certainly didn't want to hear. One of my fave bits was when FC told them that the house prices had not gone up in 20 years in Japan. That guy was funny with his positive outlook for UK property when he backed it up with a `famous' Donald Trump quote: "the best opportunity to buy in 30 years". I'm glad FP seized upon that... as well as convincingly countering all the other guests explanations of blaming media, medium to long term investment making it great time to buy for "investment", 7 to 10 year cycle theories.
