Listen to that slimy sales spiel "Hold onto your seats ladies and gentlemen as this wonderfully light and spacious dual aspect fourth floor apartment has come to market". Reduced to 600k lol, thats 250k tops with a tacky laminated wooden floor, lick of paint and some wall lights.
