£294,950 for that :o I'll wait a few weeks until its £294,500 then I'm ALL IN for a bidding war. I've told the estate agent the max I'll go to is £324,950 but not to tell that to the seller! Gonna snaffle me a bargain right here. Then we'll see how many people we can cram in. The news today of the 35people living in one room has made me re think my business plan. I've been playing with some numbers in my spreadsheet and I reckon I can double my yield if I cram in up to 30 people per HOUSE which'll give me room to just increase that at a later date if mortgage rates go up, or if I need a holiday.
