Venger
Wobbles... 2017 BTLer 'good news'. "...we've got forecasts of prices going down 2-3% - already seen falls in London - they were to be expected." Yeah expected by some BTLers only after S24 and whole other series of measures crashed on all you Generation Rent chasers from BTL blue skies. "..increased costs, increased taxes (as long as wages are rising).... 'push up rents in line with cost of living - get that in early' " 'Great news from a property bargain perspective - if you're looking to sell portfolio - don't worry so much becasue you should have done financially if it's 15 of more" (!) "but if you don't have to sell you are probably better off waiting a year or two to get used to this more uncertain world." -Yeah wait for HPC as other BTLers sell. Confusion about Gov's motives lol. Demand - supply and demand (yawn - real estate runs on money) Get rid - and the Government seems to be making moves against BTL that despite the squeals that Gov doesn't understand about their people farming generosity at ever extreme house prices.
