College Central Apartments

Anyone know much about this block? Is it a 'no go' area like Bass Buildings?

I know that some of the flats were sold to the Housing Executive but don't know if the block has become a 'slum in the sky'!

The only things I remember about this block was a brothel and someone being thrown off a balcony to their death. It's a shit hole.

Ouch. That's that sorted then! I'll pass!

Hi, does anyone here live in this apartment building? What is it like? Is there social housing in this building?

I know its not the best area but I like that it's so close to the city and cheaper than other buildings. I am a 30yo male from near Belfast,

Cheers

Why would it be insanity to buy there? Is there other issues apart from the ones mentioned above? Any idea if there is social housing in this building?

JoeDavola, have you bought place anywhere yet?

cheers

I thought it was College Court central in which Oaklee own 31 units - that's the more recent block across the road from College Central.

There is some kind of prostitution going on in most apartment buildings in Belfast and in cities all over the UK.

It wasn't a murder - it was manslaughter - a drunken fight beside a 9th floor balcony.

Anyone know how many units are owned in College Central by Housing Associations?

Has anyone here ever lived in this building?

Cheers
