I thought it was College Court central in which Oaklee own 31 units - that's the more recent block across the road from College Central. There is some kind of prostitution going on in most apartment buildings in Belfast and in cities all over the UK. It wasn't a murder - it was manslaughter - a drunken fight beside a 9th floor balcony. Anyone know how many units are owned in College Central by Housing Associations? Has anyone here ever lived in this building? Cheers

Why would it be insanity to buy there? Is there other issues apart from the ones mentioned above? Any idea if there is social housing in this building? JoeDavola, have you bought place anywhere yet? cheers
