gf3 Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 One thing that no one has mentioned is that lower income tax and higher VAT helps HPI. You pay your mortgage out of your taxed income but before you start paying VAT. In other words if they got rid of VAT and added it to income tax it would be harder to pay your mortgage.
