JustAnotherProle Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 All this would cease if they just introduced a welfare system that only issued ration vouchers for basic food, essential goods and clothing, so no actual money is given to the recipient, they can only be redeemed in certain state owned outlets and must be presented with full government issued ID to stop fraud or "voucher black markets". She thinks its her right to have as many kids as she wants. Yes it is, but in nature, if she couldnt feed them, then she would lose them all again.
