Nijo
"Hardly a week passes without headlines about academic standards. Are exams getting easier? Are people getting smarter?" English - no dictionaries allowed! Maths - no calculators allowed! 17 and 20 respectively, but then maths is much more my thing.

OzzMosiz
I tried it, got over average marks. Some of the English questions were tricky. The 'What does this word mean' type questions. Spelling ones are easy.
Mark5290
I got 18 - English, the spelling and their/there, whose/who's is more my thing. In the drag and drop section you could have used either idle or idol in the blank for - "My BLANK is David Beckham" Hmm, 13 - Maths, i was never much good at the 2x + 3y = 12, if x = 3, what is the value of y type questions. But try and short change me in the shop and there will be hell to pay.

Nijo
I'm not sure that they're collecting data, but it would be interesting. I put these questions at about AS level... that about right? I can't remember exactly when we learnt that stuff.
