swissy_fit
Two fairly vile Brit teenagers(though there are much worse) sent to a strict Christian family in Atlanta for a week or so. The results (or as presented at least) were very touching. Anyone else see it? I felt like writing out a set of rules for the house afterwards! Guest X-QUORK
Did they manage to reabilitate the Christians into normal people?
MrPin
Did they manage to reabilitate the Christians into normal people? Be fair Mr Q. If they were "normal" they wouldn't be tv-worthy, Christian or not!

Executive Sadman
Was that the one with the McMansion? I wonder how much a place like that costs in Atlanta?
swissy_fit
Did they manage to reabilitate the Christians into normal people? No. However a few more abnormal parents like those wouldn't be such a bad thing IMO. My guess is that they weren't super-extremist, they accepted an openly gay teenager into their house after all. The subject of religious wars etc didn't come up.
waitingandsaving
Is this the one where they send the kids off to help at the homeless shelter for the day? If so, I've seen it too - and I really enjoyed it. Communication, boundaries (with repercussions if you don't live abide by them), forgiveness, time and unconditional love. I'm not convinced this is enough to rid them of the tyranny of being Christians.
