I guess because its a 'character' cottage it must be worth 295k. "An early viewing is essential. " as it will soon be 7 feet wide..... What a waste of money. macfarlan Posted July 13, 2009 Share Posted July 13, 2009 Looks to me like a holiday cottage. Selling up cos the BTL mortgage isn't working out perchance? The silly little two ring hob in the kitchen is typical of the kitchen facilities offered in most of the holiday lets there. Me and Mrs Mac were there last year, it's nice, very busy at the weekend with all the 2nd homers, but dead during the week, and as you can tell, property is ridiculously expensive. In fact, there was a programme on telly recently about how all the locals were priced out there. Can't remember what it was called tho...
