Bloo Loo
volume is rarely misleading, it is one of the fundamental market indicators as to whether it is a correction in a trend or a real (healthy/sustainable) trend i hate to go TFH but there were alot of wealthy people completely caught out by 2007 and were saved from being rinsed by not letting the banks go and receiving the 50K insurance, i still dont think the banks will survive but this bounce has given a fantastic opportunity to drink at the last chance saloon and for them to protect themselves to some extent, i have no doubt alot of that wealth is going into housing, not because of the low interest rates but for the safety of not being hit if the banks are let go should things deteriorate again. This still wont save house prices in my opinion because the flight to perceived safety is whats causing this bounce and therefore will already have happened capital flow wise. thats good as a theory...and I subscribe......Hic.
