Yep same here too, I saw one of my ex's friends on my way to work one morning. Had a quick chat then she said her and her mate were going into starbucks to grab a coffee to wake up.
I said yeah, the price will wake you up, bye.
I was thinking a couple of weeks ago that this would happen to our postal service, especially after that report telling the posties
to walk a bit quicker. What's that all about ?
With their system of jingle mail it might make some sense to buy then, if it is cheaper than renting a comparable property in good order.
Any thoughts ?

Because I'm sick of hearing about green shoots too gruffydd.
So I thought that any newbies that come along with bottom questions they can be pointed toward the competition thread.
Would save a lot of pointless repetitive should I buy or wait type threads which will be cropping up every half hour.
I am not suggesting in any terms that recovery is on the way.
I am sorry if I have upset you with my bottom talk.
Due to the recent bottom talk threads, I thought it might be an idea to have a call the bottom competition.
I reckon all entries have to be in by valentines day (for bottom lovers everywhere) and the poster nearest to the day wins.
What do you think peeps ?

Shame to bulldoze them, the U.K.s OAPs could be shipped out there for the winters to stop them freezing to death.
Save on their fuel bills too. It would be like Dunkirk everytime the clocks went back. lol.
