Mortgage Rates in U.S. Rise to Highest Since November (Update2)

June 11 (Bloomberg) -- Fixed U.S. mortgage rates rose to the highest since November, signaling that the Federal Reserveâ€™s plan to lower borrowing cost is stalling.
