I hope they all go bankrupt when some sense returns to the market a reasonable 3 bed in most areas costs 250k. WTF!!! 250k is ALOT of money. How can people be asking this kind of money?? I earn 30k. 250k is more than i can ever hope to save in a lifetime. (Lucky I have around 80k in STR funds now.)
