Story started as £1m house (here we go again, I thought), but, no. Whole tone of the piece was that the price was stupid and nobody would pay it. Interviewed various beach walkers, pointed to house and asked them to estimate the price. 250 / 275 / 350 general banding When told it was on for £1m they all just laughed. The game is over.
