Just for good measure and to enhance the negative equity misery in about a years time, why not get youself hooked up on one of those interest only mortgages which everyone is talking about? If you do really like the idea of abject misery and poverty you could even get yourself a nice Mercedes thrown in on the deal which could make your mortgage debt look even sicker the moment you leave the show room with it. Only seriously rich people and fools buy into a falling market......... zzg113
So let me get this straight: you are asking what we think will happen to prices on a website called www.housepricecrash.co.uk? Is it a rhetorical question?

Dicky
any investment tips?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Buy shares which provide 10 - 7% yields, there lots of bargins out there. Also keep an eye on directors buying patterns, they work for the companies they should know. Oh and also bit of luck.
tiff
Stick with your parents or rent for a few years. You wouldn't want to see that profit wiped away would you? btw I'm not bitter about missing this last boom, i just say well done to those whom have made money out of it. I'm waiting patiently for things to return to normal before I buy my first property.
