Tes Tickle Posted December 6, 2018 Share Posted December 6, 2018 I have some sympathy, planners cook up all sorts of reasons why you can't do what you want, but the story states that TFL have some sort of superhuman rights to do what they like. Interesting, I'd like to know who else can do what they like in this way. I believe BT has rights to string a cable over your garden if it suits them, but that's not the same as bunging a bog outside your front door.
