Sandwiches33 Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 I used to work in the head office of a major news paper about 15 years ago, never in my life have I seen such a bunch of useless drunks. The journos were notorious drunks, I would arrive at 830 and share a lift with some who were totally smashed. reeking of booze and struggling with balance. Also if you were looking for a certain journo who wasnt at his desk there were key pubs you had to look in during the afternoon. Why newspapers even exist is beyond me in this day and age. you often paying for yesterdays drunk opinion. The only people who buy into what newspapers say now are people who are terrified to question anything and have built a little bubble around them. To a certain extent most papers have to run these stories so the plebs who buy them keep buying them and don't get startled by anything new or shocking.
