This should all be released. Worse examples than that, still no memorial to the peterloo massacre, it was only recently that a blue plaque referring to the event was placed on to the midland hotel near the spot. 100's of peaceful people killed and injured (mostly women and children) by the army whilst peacefully protesting for electoral reform. The uk govt really doesn't like to admit that it is quite capable of behaving like the worst tin-pot dictatorship when the situation arises.
