Noticed prices in my area dropping substantially - this was obviously kite flying in the first place:

08 January 2013

Price changed: from '£995 pcm' to '£895 pcm'

25 August 2012

Price changed: from '£1,050 pcm' to '£995 pcm'

16 August 2012

Price changed: from '£1,200 pcm' to '£1,050 pcm'

21 July 2012

Initial entry found.

Edited to correct typo

Laminate was very much the latest "in thing" round about a decade ago.

I guess it helped that it was new and there was no such thing as laminate that was old and tired.

[edit to add] Hey, I'd call that genuinely interesting if I were looking in that area!

Bit pricey for the general area but about right for centre of town though. Only one parking space if you ate lucky down a narrow almost alley like path. Not much good for families.
