He states that this is his first year of predicting a rise in NI House Prices since he started in Spring of 2007. It reminds me that in Spring 2007 he did wax lyrically about the growth of Belfast's house prices and how they would soon be the same as the leafy parts of Dublin. He is also now claiming that 2013 is the year that prices bottomed, which is true but 2013 also ended with, almost all surveys showing growth and even year on year growth in House Prices.
