I am genuinely happy for you. To see so many people turn up for the opening of a new show house must give you a sense of achievement that your product is desirable. This demand for new developments must vary by location as unfortunately our new build developments are very slow to be booked right now and there is no lack of quality in them so I can only put it down to local sentiment and a lack of money around. New showhouse, that explains it... 211 of them would have been nosy wives and mother in laws looking for something to occupy their Sunday afternoon!
