Same in Sussex. Noticed some good price reductions today - £525k now £450, a £425k now £335k, another £425k now £395k. Smaller drops on the £175-250 market - a few dropping £5k etc. Interesting that higher priced homes are now beginning to fall, because they have been the most stubborn and fell the least in the last period of falls from 2007-9. They tended to come on and off the market with new agents but not many came down more than a few percent. Now I sense that is changing.
