ianbeale Posted May 28, 2005 Share Posted May 28, 2005 Just completed the sale on my house which was worth about 235 accepted a cheeky offer of 225 in the belief that HPC is imminent, get out while I can. Asked the EA how business was when I left he said "Its very quiet.... there are just no buyers about" remember this is May and their busiest time of the year.
