Prices going down !! sorry to say that not happening at Croydon !! according to my local rag, prices are going up.

I am now saving my Money until have a 15-20 percent deposit to make that purchase for my own place, I will make that purchase once I have this deposit in around late 2005 or early 2006. I don't care if the prices go up or go down, I just want my own place that I can call my OWN HOME... It may only be a One bedroom flat or a studio but its a start... This means no going out/no holidays while I am saving.... Oh well you cannot have everything !! Just one more thing. I like to wish everybody a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND ALL THE BEST FOR NEW YEAR.. sonny

Hello, Just come back from Australia this was my second trip in the space of three years, when I was down - under I was determine to apply for migration as Independent Skilled person which I don’t have the points for Sydney but points for South Australia/Victoria, Now I am back here in the UK I am beginning to have doubts again. I am now 35 years old and a skilled I.T engineer. At the moment saving my money which maybe used for Deposit in purchasing my new home if I stay in the UK or cost for migration to Australia if I decide to leave. I am in two minds in what to do and its stressing me out a bit.. Can any of you give me some ideas in what I should do.. Here in the UK I do love my job, great pay and enjoy travelling around Europe. Maybe I should give it another year or two before I decide in which way to go… Just keep saving my money till then..

Whatever the political situation or your views about this. Its bad enough when adults are involved but CHILDREN, this makes me sick.
