Hi Tes, There aren't really any 'no-go' areas in Ashtead... lol The roads you mention are a mix of social/council and private sales, so they are good value in the area. They are 'older' properties too, so have actually got a bit of space and some good gardens. Ashtead is a pretty village with good local shops, excellent train links to London, and surrounded by lots of Surrey downs and commons. crime is very low, as you'd expect. I suppose the 'best' areas of Ashtead are to the east of the A24/high street around Ashtead Park and the Freeman's school- but this is million pound country!
