Dear Friends,

My name is Jean-Michel Pouré and I am the webmaster of the French equivalent of HousePrice Crash in France.

You may be interested in viewing our videos about the crash of real-estate:

http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=48

The videos are shot in hidden camera.

Why don't you publish videos about the crash of real-estate in UK?

PS: do not hesitate to view this sample:

http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22999

150 € (a tow-way Paris-London train ticket) should be enough to pay for a video trip to London.

Administrators, do not hesitate to pin-down this message until I raise 150€ from the House-Price-Crash community.

Thank you in advance !

I wrote a more detailed post here: http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23015

Kind regards,

Jean-Michel

C'est tres difficile pour moi aussi, mais le website est bon.

I shall give Babelfish a try. Not sure the French really welcome 'the invasion of the English' as ma petite ami (un Parisian) puts it!

in Brittany, the Breton people do not like the English who come & buy all their property, however they also dislike the parisians almost as much, the Parisian's like it when the English move in near to them as they are then left alone . Similar to the UK's North/South divide I believe. ;)

The videos about Britanny are more than explicit.

There seems to be a large crash happening in Britanny, even if prices are relatively low compared to other regions in France.

The videos about Britanny are here: http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22352

There are 11 videos.

IMHO the most intererestings are : http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22352 and http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22374 and http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22706.

For example, in Brest, an Agency reports 115 new properties for sale and nearly zero sold. In St-Brieuc, a house builder proposes houses for 25% percent of the price of the equivalent dwelling. People build new houses and do not seem to buy over-evaluated properties.

Kind regards,

Jean-Michel

I am only 2 hours away from London downtown by TGV.

My English is Okay, as compared to other French men.

If a small number of old-members of the forum could GUIDE me,

I would be interested in visiting places in London.

My Paypal account is on the front page of http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org

Whenever there is enough money to visit my UK friends, I shall come.

I did the same yesterday in Carpentras with e.bouill, and old member from the forum.

View this video: http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22999

After 2 minutes and 30 seconds, the real-estate agent says 'the activity is down 50%" and then it was fireworks.

Organize yourself on the forum to pay enough money by Paypal and I shall visit London quickly.

The open-accounts thread can be read in English here: http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/vie...ic.php?p=286747

Whenever the Paypal account reaches the necessary level, I will visit London ASAP.

Kind regards,

Jean-Michel

Could the administrators of the Website pin this message until my paypal account reaches the necessary level to by a two-way ticket to London. I believe 200 euros would be enough. With your help preparing the visits, I may be able to shoot 10 videos. I will post the needed sum of money in a few hours. I am late and I need to go. Interested by the show: "A French Millionaire in London ?"

So they still teach something in British schools? I am actually amazed that a British schoolchild would know about such grammatical structures of a foreign language. Or maybe I have this all wrong - your son isn't a schoolchild, but is grown up and a fluent French speaker.

My brother has just bought an house in France with a mortgage. I don't think that it was a very wise decision at this time. However, I don't think that the French Property market will collapse to the same extent as the UK. Perhaps 50% falls in the UK, 15% in France?

we lived in Brittany for a year from 2005. My son had studied German & was 15 at the time. My daughter had studeid French & was 14 at the time. Both in UK school. When we moved to Brittany they went to an all French school, although there were a few English. They both passed their mock exams totally in French (Brevet), my son scraped a pass. Since returning my son has kept in touch with some French friends though msn & talks most days in French. My daughter wants to be a translator (at the moment) & was almost fluent after 1 year in France. She has kept it up since returning also. :)

Mrs GOM & I me & Mrs GOM, are starting to forget what we had learnt. We did a 4-5 day a week course, almost full time for over 6 months when we lived there.

edited to show I understand proper grammer like, but prefer it's Northern translation. ;)

I don't think France will drop as much, but it will depend on where in France I presume & what type of property it is. They haven't gone up as much as the UK (I can only speak about Brittany) perhap Jean-Michele could comment?, so they shouldn't have as far to fall.

However there are some english people that have paid silly amounts of cash for stone buildings in the middle of fooking nowhere with no services & basically falling to bits set in a peaceful & tranquil setting with some cosmetic renovation required. ;)

Bonsoir. Can I ask our French visitor what he thinks of the Sarkozy election? Do you think that he might allow the banks to offer credit more easily in France now, in the English and American way? Is it a worry that France might allow "imaginative" finance corporations to bring credit fuelled HPI to France?

Thank you for all these questions. The answer is YES : prices are cooling in Paris and the rest of the country.

The methodology of the videos is NOT to argue that prices are going down. It is to find professionals and ask them what they think about the market. In most cases, professionals do not agree with statistics and information published in the media.

A two-way train ticket from Paris to London costs 150€.

If you are interested in the methodology of the show, I can visit you with my hidden equipment.

Shooting 10 short movies would be a good target.

I recorded and publised more than 130 videos and audio files, with a proven ability to get information.

Do not hesitate to fund my efforts.

I wrote a more detailed post here: http://www.bulle-immobiliere.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23015

Kind regards,

Jean-Michel
