Surprised no-one has posted there about how they are selling properties within five minutes of marketing them. Once you ask those posters if they are in Central London, they tend to not post anything else…

It would be very interesting if they split the stats between homeowners and non-homeowners. I wouldn’t mind betting that virtually everyone saying that prices won’t fall owns a home (or two (or three)).
