Irish House Price drop, up to 10% in Dublin asking prices
House report shows sharp Dublin drop
Property website Daft.ie says asking prices for houses have been slowing, with some sectors of the market showing drops of more than 10% in the last six months.

Considering how much they have risen in the past few years, a 10% drop is very little, unless you bought very recently. Is the Irish economy tied into housing as much as the UK economy? Comments invited, I am keen to know.

10% in SIX MONTHS is a massive drop! That’s 20% annualised and would wipe out 25% of gains (IIRC).
