It's the Land Registry Data from 1995 - 2006 http://www.landreg.gov.uk/propertyprice/in...ppr_compare.asp plotted against the Nationwide average salary data http://www.nationwide.co.uk/hpi/historical.htm I was trying to reproduce the graph on the home page for the available data to see if it showed the same trend. Can't really work out how it was done. This is good enough anyway I think. The data is too coarse to read much into it.
