Because new wave BTLs are deliberately targeting FTBs who can no longer afford to buy. That is exploitation whichever way you look at it. I agree that, stricktly speaking, we have no right to be able to afford to buy a house. We live in a capitalist society, in a generation that has been taught that capitalism is equivilent to democracy and civilization and progress. When that results in exploitation of others for the benefit of self who is really to blame?, those that do as they've been taught since birth, or society as a whole itself? MC.
